The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the city center and bus terminal. The mix dorm room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are plenty of facilities like a common room with a TV and video games. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing laundry services at a reasonable price.
The common area can be a bit noisy if people are not considerate, as the walls are thin.

Bathing in the haunted waters was delightful. The airport was conveniently close, and the staff helped me with all my travel needs. The property had everything for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi and a beautiful garden. The continental breakfast was a delightful touch.
Oh, there was absolutely nothing to dislike. It was all just perfection.

The location was fire, like seriously just a short walk away from the Merida Bus Station and the Main Square. We loved being able to explore the city on foot and soak up the local culture. The hostel was clean and cozy, and the staff were pretty chill. It was all about the vibes, man!
If there's one thing we would've wanted more of during our stay, it would be a livelier atmosphere. Don't get us wrong, the place was cool, but as a group of young party-loving people, we were hoping for more social events and activities to meet and mingle with other travelers.

The hostel is perfectly situated, just a short stroll away from the bus station, cathedral, and main square. It made exploring Merida so convenient for our large family. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were cozy, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after our long days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen facilities, although we couldn't resist trying out some of the amazing family restaurants nearby.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or outdoor play area for the kids to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hostel in a vibrant city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The outdoor area was a great spot to relax and meet other travelers. Despite being a bit of a walk from the city center, we felt safe exploring the area. Though the beds were a bit shaky and the showers could use an upgrade, overall it was a great place for solo travelers. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hostel. our stay was enjoyable and we had a positive experience.

I stayed at this place for two separate occasions and loved both times. The staff is incredibly nice and everything is kept very clean. The enforced quiet hours ensured a good night's sleep. The location is close to the centro, just a 5-10 minute walk to most destinations. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great, but there are also amazing family restaurants nearby. The AC was a must in the summer and it was nice and cool. The breakfast was simple but included, and the kitchen was nice and clean for anyone to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great hostel!
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen, with gas stoves and abundant cooking pots and dishes. the comfortable common room was a great place to relax and socialize with other guests. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of the main tourist area.
The cleanliness of the hostel was not up to par. the bins were only half emptied and the bathroom towel was not changed, even after several days of use.
